The pest & dry rot inspection includes the identification of conducive conditions like accumulation of moisture, as well as envelope and/or plumbing leaks which can result in fungal rot and insect infestation.
Typical areas that are targeted in a pest & dry rot inspection would be the roof, attic, exterior, crawl space, and areas in kitchens and bathrooms that are susceptible to moisture intrusion.
